CARS Connection PLUS Benefit Member Agreement

    • Membership Condition: Your CARS Connection PLUS Membership depends on maintaining “Good Standing” within the association.
    • No Franchise or Distribution Rights: Joining Collision Automotive Repair Services, Inc. (CARS) does not mean you’re buying a franchise or becoming a distributor.
    • No Legal Partnership: This agreement does not create an agency, partnership, or joint venture between members and CARS.
    • Legal Compliance Required: Members must follow all applicable laws and regulations related to this agreement and CARS-related activities. This includes:
      • Obtaining necessary licenses or permits.
      • Filing required reports.
      • Covering all related expenses themselves.
    • Restrictions on Representations:
      • Members may only make claims about CARS that are approved or officially provided by the cooperative.
      • Unauthorized verbal or written claims are prohibited.
    • Use of Name and Branding:
      • Members must get written approval to use the CARS name, logo, or trademark.
      • Any promotional use must include the phrase “member of” to clarify affiliation.
    • Amendment Rights:
      • CARS reserves the right to amend this agreement, its policies, and its bylaws, with proper notification to members.
