CARS is a stock-issuing business cooperative that brings collision repair facilities together with vendors and suppliers to gain discounts, rebates, rewards and training on products and services used in their shops.  CARS is a member-shareholder based National Organization serving the Collision Industry since 1992. Our shareholders represent the best Automotive Collision Shops and related businesses throughout the United States, working together as a cooperative.

We offer cash back rewards from sponsoring supply partners as well as discounts on products in the CARSmart store. Your participation with our vendor partners is completely your choice.  Our purpose is to provide whatever goods and services are required by the member-shareholders of the cooperative that are lawful as set forth in the articles of incorporation.  We then want you to choose which opportunities are in the best interest of your shop.

Our vendor partners are both national and regional in scope.  Do you use 3M, BASF, Wurth, or Performance Radiator?  These are partners of the cooperative. Our vision is for CARS to be recognized globally as the premier cooperative of Collision Repair Operators and related businesses. We strive to provide the highest quality and effective products, services and resources in the Collision Repair Industry.

With two investment options available, Class A and Class B, once you determine which option is best for your business, a simple 2-step investment process allows you to take part in the cooperative.
